Sorry, I don't know this game. Is it supposed to be Devasatation, or is this a typo for Devastation? Applejuicefool 21:55, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No this game is real; in fact im looking at it right now at my desk... . It is not 'Devastation' or whatever. It was made by 'Interplay Productions' in 1995. FYI, the CD case has an image of some skeleton on the front with a sword, on the back is 'wahooka' a large, green goblin or soemthing. User:PolishMan 18:03, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is such a poor article it need some work

Yes, 'Stonekeep' is definitely a real game, I was on the production team for it! If you do an internet search you will find many references to it.

That was not what the original comment meant. It was referring to a spelling error in the article (Devasatation, rather than Devastation), not the game didn't exist or that it was the same as the game 'Devastation'. Please read more carefully before making ridiculous comments. 121.222.108.146 04:57, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plot[edit]

This may be a small point, but in the plot section it incorrectly states that Drake is saved during the Devastation. In actual fact, the Devastation happened 1000 years before the events of the game when the warring cities of Atlantis and Ys unleashed massive magical attacks on each other, nearly destroying civilisation, during which time Khull-Khuum imprisoned the gods in the orbs. Stonekeep was destroyed by Khull-Khuum for reasons which are not made clear in the game, however it is possible that it was an attempt to halt a prophesy which tells of Drake (one of Thera's line) defeating Khull-Khuum and freeing the gods.
