There was a request for this article in Main Page. Though the five reasons why it could be shown in court could, quite possibly, be interpreted better. (source 2, page 2). I don't really have a great understanding of the law,
Anyone with a law degree / knowledge of the law ckeck out page 2 of [1] and please interpret the five exceptions. I did my best with knowledge of a general vocabulary, but expert help would be appreciated.
