Why is America, a first-world country, still using paper ballots for the US Presidential Elections? Here is a brief history and reasons as to why Americans still cast their votes for presidential elections via paper ballots, and not by electronic voting.

@ In Short Reports have it that Americans feel safer in using paper ballots. Printed ballots started in the US long after Revolutionary War. Only form of e-voting in the US is via email or fax. In two days, the United States of America with have a new President. High chances are that it will be either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. If surprise is in store for the world, then it could be Jill Stein or Gary Johnson, or even Evan McMullin.

In fact, if a free-spirited, chicken-loving American citizen wants to vote for a KFC wing, they could do that too. Because even after over 15 years of debating over taking up electronic voting, America still uses the paper ballot system to elect their president.

@ My questions is to supreme court of India and the citizens of India that why we also not reject this Evm system of voting system? Because their is no transparency in Evm system? Why we not use ballot paper for voting in India for transparency? Is India is developed country like America, if not developed then what is reason behind this, China is a devloped country this country get freedom in 1949 and India get freedom in 1947 , Who is responsible, citizens of India always paid taxes, then why we not a developed country? Is anyone follow the rules regulations according to constitution? Why many judgement pending in courts? Why the people of India are unemployed? Why the farmer and students always committed suicide? Why do the people of India not get justice? I'm Manish Kumar Mishra a Indian student and this is not only my duty to fight alone for justice, everyone have to raise they voice for truth. जय मां भवानी जय मां जगदम्बा जय परशुराम हर हर महादेव 🙏 अल्लाहु अकबर (ٱللَّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ)🙏 वाहे गुरु जी दा खालसा, वाहे गुरु जी दी फतेह🙏 God bless the people of India and World 🙏 Amen... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr.Manish Kumar Mishra (talkcontribs) 18:54, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
