Reference to the use of suspensions as a form of discipline[edit]

Please see Article 13 on the following page: http://www.geocities.com/usw_local_6520/cba.html I did not this reference in the article itself, because I am a member of that union and last time somebody bellyached that if I included a link to the website of my own local, this would be seen as self-promotion...
