Here are the issues I found:
"When she began to blog, Ta Phong Tan still worked as a policewoman." Since it's the first sentence, the word still is offputting; remove, or give a bit more detail on when she started her police career if that info exists.

The article feels quite quote-heavy to me. Some are fine, but there are a few that can be worked around. Given the size of the article there shouldn't be as many as there are.
