I notice the article does not specify what material is used for this garment : I assume it must be something special ... Feroshki (talk) 08:01, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

The Russian language article says high-quality cotton. There also exists a cold-weather variety of Telnyashka made with flannel. Don't know about information sources, though. 97.125.48.202 (talk) 04:12, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
