Undue weight[edit]

I believe that this article places undue weight on the failed Fairfax proposal, and instead should focus primarily on the operational San Rafael location. Does anyone else have thoughts on this? Cullen³²⁸ Let's discuss it 03:13, 3 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
