Citation style[edit]

It's hard to establish notability with this article because of its unclear style of citation.

Offhand, it appears to be MLA. I still can't figure it out. There are footnotes (numbered 1–17), and there are bulleted references, but why are the bulleted references (or general references) used more than once?
