Waffle King[edit]

Waffle King was actually released BEFORE the Food Album, on the single for Smells Like Nirvana. Should that be mentioned?

It's mentioned in the article for Alapalooza. That should be sufficient. -- Pennyforth 00:11, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Foodalbum.jpg[edit]

Image:Foodalbum.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 09:28, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Comments

  • " Scotti Brothers Records" link the whole title of the record label.
  • "The released features ten" no need for the d.
  • "preference, and the latter" -> "preference while the latter"
  • "to purchase or own" how would one "own" it without purchasing it?
  • Link certified.
  • "1982 – 1992" (in infobox) should be "1982–92" per WP:YEAR.
  • " and the latest song being" switch "latest" with "most recent".
  • "Yankovic's first eponymous album" is there a link for it?
  • "which is why similar compilations were not released" reads a little odd. "which prevented the release of further compilations..." or similar?
  • "failed to chart, however, it sold steadily." I would have preferred a semi-colon rather than the first comma.
  • "and go Gold." -> "and be certified gold"
  • Link Robert Palmer on the first usage.
  • Certifications table doesn't need to be sortable.
  • Refs - why suddenly Scotti Bros? Use consistent terminology throughout.

A few issues so I'll put this GAN on hold for a week. The Rambling Man (talk) 16:56, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking a look at this. I think I addressed all of your concerns.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 23:24, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
One thing left that's only just struck me, "Track listing" has significant overlinking issues. Otherwise, it's a very nice piece of work. The Rambling Man (talk) 16:20, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
How does it look now?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 17:30, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
