Tracklisting and Bonus Tracks[edit]

There appears to have been some slight inaccuracies in this article which I have tried to correct. The article stated that there were four bonus tracks added to this album in 1989 but this is only true for the U.S. edition. I have an original U.K. vinyl copy of this album purchased in 1982 which includes "Happy Xmas (War is Over)" and "Stand By Me". These tracks were always included on the U.K. edition (hence why they crop up in the middle of the running order rather than being tacked on at the end). The other two tracks are indeed bonus tracks only added in 1989. I remember reading some years ago that some tracks were originally excluded from the U.S. edition and having done a bit of research this appears to have been what happened, so I would argue that "Happy Xmas" and "Stand By Me" should be described in these terms rather than as "bonus tracks", or should at least only be called "bonus tracks" with regards to the U.S edition, the true bonus tracks are "Move Over Ms. L" and "Cold Turkey". Since this album was apparently compiled by Parlophone in London rather than Capitol or whoever in the States, I would argue that the U.K. edition and it's tracklisting should be regarded as definitive. Anyone disagree or if I have made any errors the feel free to let me know and we can change it. --MarkB79 22:14, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
