I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Requested move 3 July 2018[edit]

The result of the move request was: the only consensus in the discussion was that "the" should be removed from the title, so for the time being, the move has been performed as originally proposed. The Lighthouse (Poole) → Lighthouse (Poole) – "The" is not part of its name; officially it's just called Lighthouse and official sources are quite careful not to precede it with the definite article. In informal usage you do often see the article (usually uncapitalized), but this isn't enough for WP:THE (the most relevant example on that page is White House).

Move to Lighthouse, Poole. We commonly use comma disambiguation for buildings, structures and venues in Commonwealth countries (except Canada). The existence of Light House Media Centre and Lighthouse Theatre complicates disambiguation by function. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:09, 4 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
