What does mean \chi(\mathbf{r}_1t_1,\mathbf{r}_2t_2) in Linear response TDDFT ? - Could improve comprehension of this part. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.33.1.56 (talk) 14:55, 11 June 2009 (UTC) The section "Time-dependent Kohn-Sham system" doesn't make much sense right now- especially the second sentence.
