As the person who created this page, I am sorry to see that no one has worked hard on extending on it. There is now wide literature on spirituality in the workplace, applied to management and business - so let us now add some more references other than Boucovolas. Today (a day in January 2008), I did give this article a new introduction, so can the tag please be removed? ACEOREVIVED (talk) 21:49, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have just found out that this book:

Chakraborty, S. K.(1995) "Ethics in management: Vedantic perspectives" Oxford: Oxford University Press. ISBN 0195636562

is held by the library of the university where I teach. If I can find a copy, I may use this resource, as this would help to how the Vedanta has influenced management and business, which is surely germane to this article. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 21:15, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This might also help:

Chakraborty, S. K. (1991) "Management by Values: Towards Cultural Congruence" Delhi: Oxford University Press.

Soon be ready to remove orphan tag[edit]

I see that there are links to this page from Abraham Maslow - and, as of tonight (May 7 2009) from New Age, Islamic banking, Self-actualisation and Maslow's hierarchy of needs. One more tag should remove the orphan tag. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 20:25, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

I have not been able to find much secondary literature to support the topic of this article, so I believe it is fair to say that there is a problem with notability. The area that attracts most interest in this realm is the area of Transpersonal psychology, which is reflected in increased notability for that article. However, the particular subfield of Business studies, within the transpersonal realm, does not appear to very well developed. However, I welcome other viewpoint on this topic.--Hawol (talk) 13:52, 17 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
