I have no expertise to expand this article but being "one of the most prominent film festivals in the world", and being held in Qatar in 2009, this article really needs some attention. 81.129.207.61 (talk) 21:55, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Even though this event is rather new (2002) having more than half of the article devoted to 2006 is problematic. I put the recentism tag but maybe we can agree to split part of the section into 2006 Tribeca Film Festival? gren グレン 00:24, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
