Reads like one long ad or testimonial (except for the mysterious "brutal death" on the tennis court), seemingly written by the subjects (as in "we"), in... I am guessing... French. It is confusing and excessively genealogical, and it doesn't mention any chefs, or the pioneering use of sous vide. (Which should be linked to if mentioned.) Not sure the family's holdings around the world deserve the extended treatment they receive. Please someone, do the Troisgros family' specialty--namely, producing high-quality restaurant food--justice. Actio (talk) 03:52, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
