Picture[edit]

The picture is not the best...If anyone has a better one, would you do us all a favor and replace it? This one makes him look - er - strange and otherwise "inhumanly thin." Thanks!

He is inhumanly thin. However, that picture is bad, it was probably just someone who took it at a concert. I'm going to try to find a better one that is also fair use. FinalWish 02:51, 2 January 2007 (UTC) and btw this makes him VERY hot[reply]

Done and done with, I uploaded an image from one of their music videos, and since there's only one image of a music video on the article, and its fair use on the English wiki, it should be fine FinalWish 03:11, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No, it won't. If you read the tag you placed under the image, it clearly says "for identification and critical commentary on the music video in question". I'm afraid it will have to be removed. I just remembered, I took a quite alright photo when I met him. Maybe I'll post that one. --HarryCane 13:22, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

While I understand now the image I posted doesn't seem to be fair use, it'll be hard to find a high quality one that is. All the previous images were low quality shots taken by fans. FinalWish 07:25, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest, I don't consider it that hard. As I said, I met him and took a decent photo of him. For single musicians, a free picture is pretty easy to come by most of the time. When you're looking for band shots, that's where it's getting tricky (see e.g. Hit the Lights, Hawthorne Heights, The Early November, etc.). --HarryCane 15:46, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think Tyson Ritter is the best ever. He sings great and looks good doing it. His new hit "Dirty Little Secret" has a good message and a powerful meaning. His music is not only about his life but is also about the everyday life of teens these days.

verification[edit]

I took a bunch of stuff out....there's no way most of it can be verified. If you want to add it back in be sure and also include some links/cites/resources...thanks! Rx StrangeLove 23:12, 4 April 2006

Right, the entire trivia section needs to be verified. The part about the home in Santa Rosa Beach is especially sketchy. There is no proof that the Tyson Ritter on that site is the Tyson Ritter from the All-American Rejects. --HarryCane 17:40, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Van Halen birth[edit]

  • Tyson Ritter, the lead singer of The All-American Rejects was born in a Van Halen concert.

That unsourced statement was in the Van Halen article where it is irrelevant. It's also in this articles history but removed, if sourced it might have a place in this article. SchmuckyTheCat 20:03, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What Happened Here?[edit]

This page was once an article, but now it's a stub! How exactly did this happen? In it's present state it looks almost as if it was blanked and started over again, complete with the unverifiable content and encyclopedic format. I'm gonna look into the page history and perhaps revert it back to something respectable (incorporating new verifiable content, if there is any). --gwc 05:48, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK, it seems I was right in thinking that this article was rewritten several times:
Revision as of 22:01, 8 February 2007 by 71.88.33.225 (talk · contribs), all info deleted, infobox removed (why wasn't this reverted?)

Revision as of 01:54, 20 April 2006 by Lindsey8417 (talk · contribs), Background section added
Revision as of 23:10, 4 April 2006 by Rx StrangeLove (talk · contribs), cleaned-up to stub
Revision as of 05:13, 16 October 2005 by R. fiend (talk · contribs), made a redirect
The entire text of this article is replaced every few months. This article needs to be patroled so as to fix unverifyable/unencyclopedic info when it is added, and so as to not have to mass delete text every few months--the end result is an highly volatile article. For now, I will restore the Revision as of 03:06, 7 February 2007. --gwc 07:14, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Out![edit]

Hi[edit]

Lets try this again. Help expand and add sources if you want this page to stay. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tyb222 (talkcontribs) 23:44, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Good idea. Caden cool 05:59, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, he still fails WP:MUSIC - the page should remain as a redirect to the band article, where relevant info can be added Nouse4aname (talk) 09:59, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where does it show that he is not worthy of a page. Tyb222 (talk) 00:10, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adding Discography[edit]

We should add Tyson Ritter's discography after all he is a music artist J4Fun (talk) 04:06, 1 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Max Landis[edit]

There should be a section added adressing his friendship with "serial rapist" Max Landis. Source: https://twitter.com/uptomyknees1985/status/1423947254734282757?s=20 MisfitBlitz (talk) 08:02, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed it as it was beyond inappropriate. – 2.O.Boxing 08:31, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
