Copyright problem removed[edit]

One or more portions of this article duplicated other source(s). The material was copied from this URL: http://www.rsssf.com/miscellaneous/cwc.html. The internet archived version of May 2007, here, verifies that the material there predates its introduction into the article here in June of 2007. Though the website publishes a license that permits reuse with attribution (which was not provided), it explicitly reserves all other rights. This license is incompatible with GFDL, which also requires the right to modification. Infringing material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a license compatible with GFDL.
