Image:Banana uv.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Contradiction

There are statements that appear to contradict themselves in this article. First, it says that "the 1995 album continued Bananarama's europop sound", and later, when describing a remix of one of the singles, it says the remix turned the song "from a rhythm guitar-based, almost acoustic tune into a europop number, much alike the other album tracks."
