[edit] Is "Uncle Albert" the inspiration for Paul Mccartney's song "Uncle Albert / Admiral Halsey"?

I was listening to the PM song and i feel this character was the inspiration for these song ... can anybody enlightme about this is true? ... thanks!

Why do we have Alberts carrer in the Navy on wikipedia and his stories also with his medals which i can show you

I'm not familiar with her work, but does a Russian-born American singer really reference a British sitcom character? Is it demonstrably not just a generic "Uncle Albert", or, given the mention of Doctor Robert, it's probably a reference to the Paul McCartney song.
