States that have not adopted UETA[edit]

Which are the two states that have not adopted the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act? F15 sanitizing eagle (talk) 06:29, 28 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

According to the Uniform Law Commission ("ULC") web site [1], three states IL, NY and WA have not adopted UETA. The ULC indicates Puerto Rico also has not adopted which contradicts this Wikipedia entry.
