New Mexico's 3rd congressional district election, 2008 was created before this state-wide article was created, and because it's considered a Safe Democratic seat anyway, I think a merge is in order. (I've already copied all the information.) The person who created the other article has been labeled (in New Mexico we would say 'branded') a sockpuppet, so can't be invited to the discussion.
