confirmed candidates[edit]

This is a misleading and perhaps illegal expression. They may be prospective candidates, but candidates they emphatically aren't and it's dangerous to say so. There are no candidates until the seat is vacant through prorogation or writ and nominations have closed and been confirmed by the presiding officer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.189.103.145 (talk) 21:53, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

boundary review[edit]

It'd be good to know when the review was conducted and when the changes were implemented. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.140.57.113 (talk) 09:55, 6 October 2010 (UTC)

Richard Bacon[edit]

Our article on Richard Bacon and his parliament.uk profile say he contested Vauxhall in 1997; however this article has Gareth Compton as the Tory candidate. Which is correct? – hysteria18 (talk) 17:48, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
