However, Ironside may have regretted her statement on this issue when she ecountered Hari and her mother at Cheltenham Literature Festival in October 2010. Hari is severely physically disabled and throughout Ironside's one woman show at the festival Hari shared a front row seat with her mother whilst her wheelchair sat beside them,occupied by a pillow! AN A4 laminated photo of Hari was pinned to the pillow and the words 'NOT DEAD YET!' were written on the pillow in marker pen. Following the show Hari and her mother challenged Ironside in the book tent - with the mother demanding to know how much of a 'bad mother' she was for not smothering her daughter! Ironside refused to enter into discussion, turned tail and fled - but not before the mother had made her feelings on Ironside's statement clear. http://hariandherdustbinfullofdoctors.blogspot.com/
