Ok Halibutt, I defanged your your section on the WWII era. I entirely sympathize with most your point of view, especially since I had family living in the area during that awful time. But it was still too POV.

It was shaemeful that you basically equated Germans with Nazis. Germans like Curt Jurgens did time in concentration camps for opposing the Nazis, and many were killed, yet you tar all Germans with the same broad brush. Maybe there weren't enough people like that, and maybe they weren't powerful enough to stop Hitler, but they did exist.

And speaking of personal POV, did the Soviets really "liberate" Wagrowiec in 1945? It seems more like a case of "out of the frying pan, into the fire" to me. --Jpbrenna 19:17, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
