Fair use rationale for Image:Logo WKTU FM.jpg[edit]

Image:Logo WKTU FM.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. CHR format?[edit]

WKTU is not really CHR. It's related to CHR but it's definitely not textbook CHR - defined on Wikipedia as "Play[ing] pop, urban, alternative and rock hits, and sometimes country crossover as well." Sljaxon (talk) (contributions) - 02:52, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's definition is irrelevant, given a reliable third-party (Mediabase) that can be referenced. I agree that it isn't "traditional", but the radio industry recognizes WKTU as a CHR, albeit more of a Rhythmic AC leaning one. Strikerforce^{Talk Review me!} 03:23, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's original research - saying that just because WHTZ is CHR, that WKTU can not be. Case in point would be Detroit, where Clear Channel has WKQI and WDTW, both classified as CHR/Pop by Mediabase. Strikerforce^{Talk Review me!} 01:45, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
