18 Watts[edit]

This station cannot be 18 watts. It would hardly be able to reach downtown. Could we get a correct wattage? is it intended to be 1,800? —Preceding unsigned comment added by FranklinjKennedy (talkcontribs) 00:29, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It is 18 watts. I did a thesis on the station and there is a whole history of why it is only 18 watts. I does put a really good signal out though, very strong downtown. Pretty much from 85 to the south, north to the city limits, west past Wendover Ave and east to the 40/85 merge it is pretty solid.
Prior to the 103.1 popping up to the west you could get it through Kernersville and east to Elon. 64.99.197.16 (talk) 01:54, 7 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
