A major figure[edit]

Wow, arguably a major figure (but a relatively unknown one outside tax circles) in the development of the Internal Revenue Code. Famspear 01:21, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

I seem to recall hearing somewhere that the renaming of the '54 Code as the '86 Code was actually done partially in connection with Hussey's retirement from government service. Does anyone know if that's accurate, or have some support for that (could be added to the article)? Famspear 01:23, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
