Confederate Capital[edit]

The article says that the Confederates wished to make Washington their capital, but no source is given. I have never heard that. I always heard that a condition for Virginia joining the CSA was that Richmond be made the capital. Emperor001 (talk) 19:17, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
