Hate against Korea [edit]
This article should explain about his hate toward Korea. In his book Corea: the hermit nation, it explains that Koreans are intelligently lower, and how Korea is a dumb nation full of hermits. He never even visited Korea during his lifetime.
Just A suggestion that I think you should add. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.177.11.143 (talk) 03:44, 25 February 2007 (UTC).
(Fuller title of book: Corea, the hermit nation. I. Ancient and mediaeval history. II. Political and social Corea. III. Modern and recent history, published by New York: Scribner, 1882. [1] Republished in the 1970s by Publisher: New Haven, Conn. : Human Relations Area Files. (OCLC: 32217008). [2] Translation published in 1999 in Pyongyang [3]. (Another book by Griffis, Corea, without and within, was published in 1885. [4] I have access to a library with this edition, may see soon about having a look.)
