Winnipeg Capital Region > Winnipeg Metro Region[edit]

Since 2016 the Capital Region name has been replaced with the Winnipeg Metro Region. Given the October 2019 "Dentons" discussion report saying outright that the WMR is in for some changes regarding planning and transportation, I'd like to rename this page to Winnipeg Metro Region.
