POV wording[edit]

The article needs a rewrite from a neutral point of view. I've done some, but the entire thing is littered with unsourced and POV claims. I just removed about a quarter of the solutions section as it had highly charged wording, which has no place on Wikipedia. It seriously reads as though an involved charity wrote the article.
