Since I have no expertise in this area, I'm not sure what the best "template" would be for the new titles, but here are some suggestions:
All titles should begin with "Lists of" (in the first title) or "List of" (the rest).
All titles should refer to "Y-chromosome DNA haplogroups" or "Y-chromosome haplogroups", or "Y-DNA haplogroups" (i.e., pick one for all titles to use).
All titles (except the first two) [clarification added 08:19, 20 April 2012 (UTC)] should use the phrasing "in populations of X" or "in X populations" (pick one style). (Note: The use of "by" leads to grammatically awkward titles, so I wouldn't use it.)
