This page was tagged with Template:Csn-inline (the related category is a backlog I'm clearing), so I began searching high and low in Chinese sources for her Wikipedia purported birth name, Teng Shou-Tzu. I cannot find it in any source in Chinese, and what's worse, I can't find it in any English source either, so I've removed the claim from the article entirely.
On Yi's official website, she makes no reference to any birth name in her biography.[1] None of the English press releases cited in the article mention it. The Taiwan Comic Digital Museum knows nothing about a birth name.[2] I read quite a bit of both of her blogs (and of course her profiles on both of them), no mention to this name or any real name.
It is my opinion, based on the evidence that her real name is Yi Huan and she sometimes writes as I-Huan, or, that Yi Huan is a penname and her real name is not public. I can find no evidence for the name "Teng Shou-Tzu" and have accordingly removed it from the article.
