Some independent sources of information about Zappos
Hi, I’m Chris Smith and I work for a consulting agency representing Zappos. Here’s a list of references and mentions about Zappos that might help to improve the article:
Book entitled “Word of Mouth Marketing” by Andy Sernovitz
Book, "Pop! Stand Out in Any Crowd" by Sam Horn, in Chapter 4 titled "Capture Conversational Catchphrases" (Can be found online by, searching for the book in http://books.google.com and then search within that book for references to Zappos.)
Book, "Powered by Principle: Using Core Values to Build World-Class Organizations" by Amie Devero
I deleted the article as blantant advertising. However, because it has a long history, I decided it may be salvageable. First, I cut out all unnecessary external links per WP:EL. Please do not reinsert links. Wikipedia is not a collection of links. I've also removed some non-encyclopedic content. If you work for the company, it's probably best you not edit the article, see WP:COI. I'll work on the article some more later. I recommend looking at some well established articles of similar topics to get an idea of what is appropriate. Also, it may be best to discuss any possible additions here on the talk page rather than being bold and adding it to the article. Regards, Lara❤Love 20:17, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
In the last revision I edited, I found duplicate named references, i.e. references sharing the same name, but not having the same content. Please check them, as I am not able to fix them automatically :)

Zappos.com → Zappos – There are no other topics of same name. This is the only one and the only website. George Ho (talk) 09:55, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
Support. Articles via Google news search appear to uniformly refer to the company as simply "Zappos", never "Zappos.com". --126.96.36.199 (talk) 10:24, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
Support, agree with rationale by nominator, above. Cheers, — Cirt (talk) 01:41, 25 November 2013 (UTC)
