"Tariq ibn Ziyad Road" 'or Tariq Road (Urdu: طارق روڈ)
Located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is one of the best shopping places of Karachi. In fact, it is the most famous and number one shopping center, people from almost all areas of Karachi come and do shopping at Tariq Rd.
There are approximately more than one thousand shops, including shops for jewellery, garments, cosmetics, foods, computers, shoes, and showrooms. Tariq Road. is located in the heart of Karachi, and is surrounded by one of the oldest localities of the city: PECHS (Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society). Tariq Road. is most famous for its high-quality garments, especially in menswear. Famous shops include Rabi-center for fabrics. Besides fabrics, Tariq Rd. seems to be a thriving market for the footwear business, with hundreds of shoe-stores lining the road. The city's most popular stores namely, Metro Shoes, English Boot House and Sputnik Footwear, all have a presence on Tariq Road.
A mega project by the name of Dolmen Mall Tariq Road has been built in early 2000s and houses all major stores in the city as well as a food-court, which encourages families to visit. There are shops and shopping plazas on both sides of the Tariq Road and many new shopping-malls are under-construction.

Car Parking is a serious problem and sometimes it becomes impossible to find any place for car parking specially during Ramadan days. A car parking plaza is need of the time.
