Team Tvis Holstebro is a handball club from Holstebro, Denmark. Currently, Team Tvis Holstebro competes in the men's Danish Handball League. The women's team is competing in the second-best tie of the Danish league system.

The club was founded in May 2000, when Holstebro Håndbold 90 and Tvis KFUM merged their first teams to create the new club.
