General Motors in 1988 hosted the largest single showing ever staged of its vehicle design and technology, called Teamwork & Technology: For Today and Tomorrow, at New York’s Waldorf-Astoria hotel, site of the first Motorama exhibition decades earlier.[1]

Multi-media for the event was designed and produced by award winning experience designer Bob Rogers (designer) and the design team BRC Imagination Arts, who presented media on a video wall composed of 240 monitors, which was noteworthy as being twice the size of the largest one ever created by that time.[2]

An unnamed sports car concept was also shown, but only as a clay model. The logo for Saturn corporation made its debut at Teamwork & Technology.
