Tebu is a language of the Nilo-Saharan language family. Tebu is predominantly spoken in Chad and southern Libya by about 380,000 people, with two main dialects, Tedaga, spoken by about 49,000 people and Dazaga, spoken by about 331,000 people (see Ethnologue external links below for references for these figures).
