This template is used by registered users reviewing articles submitted through the Wikipedia Articles for creation process. Once an article submission has been reviewed, this template should be placed on the talk page of the user that submitted the article, to inform them that their article has been created, and to encourage them to keep contributing to Wikipedia. This template must be substituted.
