Alexandra Byrne[edit]

5x expanded by Ruby2010 (talk). Self nominated at 19:24, 28 March 2015 (UTC).

I like the detailed article, good expansion, on exquisite sources. I don't like the lead so much, too many numbers and awards while I didn't get an idea of what makes her designs special. Same for the hook, which says nothing to people who don't know what the Marvel Cinematic Universe is. Name an awarded movie, one of the Marvel productions, or both? Please: you word it, or I can't approve, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:00, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
ALT1 ... that costume designer Alexandra Byrne, who won an Academy Award for Elizabeth: The Golden Age, said of Thor's costumes, "it's all about his arms"?
ALT2 ... that Alexandra Byrne has designed clothing for Anne Elliot, Queen Elizabeth I, and Thor?
Gerda, I have rewritten the lead in the article and suggested two alt hooks above. Let me know what you think! Thanks! Ruby 2010/2013 02:42, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
Thank you, love the lead and both hooks, ALT1 a little better because it is more specifically about her, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 05:24, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
