  • I am afraid it fails the expansion rules; I see only about 2x expansion - 950 words to about 2k in the new version in the last week or so. It was ref'ed before, so unref-BLP expansion does not fit. So I am afraid it fails on the length criteria. If I am missing something, please ping me here. PS. I recommend you get it recognized as Good Article, this will qualify it to come back here. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:03, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
This article was only created on 24 March 2014, previous to that it was a draft version in my sandbox therefore it has never been in the mainspace and has never been expanded. See criteria 1d. As such it clearly qualifies as a new article not an expanded article. Dan arndt (talk) 07:41, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
Fair enough. In the future please make this clear in a comment, this is too easy to miss otherwise for an article with this many edits. While I am mildly concerned if the mention of divorce is not a bit problematic BLP-wise (I'll ping User:BlueMoonset for a quick 2nd opinion on that), I think this is good to go otherwise (date, size, refs). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:55, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
There shouldn't be any issue at all with the mention of his divorce given it was mentioned in his autobiography, which he wrote himself, and in subsequent newspaper articles.Dan arndt (talk) 07:23, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
Still awaiting completion of review - all issues addressed.Dan arndt (talk) 12:32, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
Fair enough, the autobiography argument is convincing, I am GTGing this. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:35, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
