For a given ISO week date, produces the day of the month with leading zeroes (01-31).
"{{ISOWEEKDATE2D|2005|52|6}}"gives "31 " [1] versus *"{{WEEKDATE2D|2005|52|6}}"gives "31" [2]"{{ISOWEEKDATE2D|2005|52|7}}"gives "01 " [3] versus *"{{WEEKDATE2D|2005|52|7}}"gives "1" [4]- {{subst:WEEKDATE2D|2008|9|6|subst=subst:}} gives the wikitext 1.
