Template documentation

Rationale

This template is based on named parameters. While it is very flexible, direct usage of the template may be impractical. The template therefore should be primarily used as a core template for more user-friendly templates, such as {{nihongo}}. In such templates, numbered parameters can be used, and appropriate default values, as well as optional parameters can be specified.
