This template produces an external link to the Répertoire International des Sources Musicales (RISM) website, preceded by a WP:ACRO link that clarifies the RISM acronym, on the basis of the RISM ID number.
The template requires one parameter (unnamed): the RISM ID number of the musical source (defaulting to "0" (zero), which opens the search page of that website)
