[edit] Using a proper format

I propose that we re-do this template using the more appropriate "Navbox template" tag. I have made an example:

I have updated the template with a few fixes, and with the additional links that were added. I've also sorted it so that it's easier to read. I would prefer that it be left expanded since it is a small template anyway.
