Nt sure why Nisga'a Hwy is there; Alaska Highway I can see,Crwsnest I'm nts sure becaues if it's in s then shudl the TransCanada; what's "historic"? Hw 'but a section listing named highways - Alaska, Crowsnest, yellowhead, fraser, Lougheed, Island etc.Skookum1 (talk) 15:29, 25 February 2008 (UTC) (r

Yeah, looked at it again; sections should be "Highways by number" (or "Named highways"), "highways by name", "Historic Roads and Trails" and maybe "other". Named highways:
the named highways are all historic each in their own way and also hence some of their names; just not historic in the same way as the frontier-era roads/trails.Skookum1 (talk) 16:39, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Big Bend Highway[edit]

....will go in the Historic Roads section. Now inundated by Kinbasket and Revelstoke Lakes, this was the name used for the old TransCanad and its predecessr before a highway was pushed through Rogers Pass. Needs an article or section-link before I add it to the template though.Skookum1 (talk) 17:01, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
