How is it possible to link to other language template versions so the link only appear when you look directly at the template? F.ex. how to create a link between Template:Diacritical marks and the norwegian version Mal:Diakritisk tegn Nsaa 07:32, 13 September 2005 (UTC)

Non-European diacritics [edit]

On stroke and bar [edit]
- The (horizontal) stroke is missing here, or is it not used as a diacritic at all?
- The bar article that is linked to, is about a vertical non-combing character.
