spacing[edit]

Sorry if this sounds familiar (I wrote this already but can't find the page now). There needs to be a space between the forward slash and "South America" in

3 / 4 / 5 / 6 Has part of its territory in Asia / North America /South America / Africa.

and I have no idea how to fix it. I don't see the text in the edit box. anon 06:27, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

links to flags of england, wales, scotland and northern ireland shall be deleted due to they aren't a state —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.11.255.133 (talk) 21:02, 5 March 2011 (UTC)

sovereign states[edit]

england, wales, scotland and n ireland aren't spvereign states so it should be fixed — Preceding unsigned comment added by 164.126.109.141 (talk) 13:52, 18 March 2012 (UTC)

Flag of Europe[edit]

The Flag of Europe is shown as the flag of the European Union, which is incorrect. The flag is also used by the Council of Europe. — 109.125.117.221 (talk) 00:00, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

It's only Flag of the European Union, not of the Europe, you damned imperialist. Some European countries are part of CIS for example. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.72.29.212 (talk) 19:04, 31 May 2014 (UTC)

Flag of CIS[edit]

Someone should add Flag of the Commonwealth of Independent States, not all countries are part of the European Union. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.72.29.212 (talk) 19:01, 31 May 2014 (UTC)

I think the Flag of the Nordic Council should also be included, since not all of its European members (Norway, Iceland and Faroe Islands) are part of the European Union. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mondolkiri1 (talkcontribs) 15:27, 17 June 2014 (UTC)

The point of the template is not to include every international organization in Europe, nor to include just enough international organizations so they cover every European country. The EU is different from most other organizations because it has its own parliament and can create laws for its member states and is actually partially sovereign (at least, if I read the last post here correctly). In any case, since this template transcludes the general navbox Template:Europe topic, addition of entities must be done there and will affect all kinds of navboxes. Sovereign Military Order of Malta[edit]

Perhaps a link to the Flag of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta should be included in "Other Entities"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Amg910 (talkcontribs) 01:35, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

It should have been automatically included but didn't because Template:Europe topic checked for existence of Flag of Sovereign Military Order of Malta instead. I've fixed the Europe topic template and created a redirect (either should make this template work). SiBr4 (talk) 09:51, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
