I wanted to change the blue background of the header, but there are several blues to choose from

France  FRANCE  kit colour on team article page
France  FRANCE  blue of colour of Image:Flag of France.svg
France  FRANCE  blue of colour of Image:France football shirt badge.png

My policy is to use the flag's colour, so that there is no colour clash. I'm changing it to that, but I won't object to anyone else's suggestions.
