Tigre[edit]

Are Tigre people considered Habesha? Perhaps more importantly, do they consider themselves Habesha? There were some questions about this at Talk:Habesha people/Archive 1, and more generally, whether "Habesha" correctly applies to non-Tigrinyan Eritreans (or other groups such as Gurage). However, none of the discussions, as far as I can tell, were ever resolved. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 19:34, 1 August 2011 (UTC)
